add days · liveAdd days to the active plan, or — if nothing is active — revive the latest expired plan (same CRM Bulk Extend Validity path). Moves service end / remaining days; expired plans become Active again.

pause · resume · stop · terminateStaff CRM actions on this account’s CAF service mapping. Pause is reversible (hold). Stop kills access; Resume brings STOP/Hold back so Subscribe can renew again. Terminate only shows SUCCESS if CRM actually removes the mapping.
